• Final Sale & Returns: All sales are final. In accordance with our Return Policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect ordering.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report it to support@pawtaila.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photo/video evidence. Approved claims will be resolved via a free replacement or store credit.

• Lost or Stolen Packages: Pawtaila is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the courier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
